ENHANCE Accelerator Details

An 18 month process, the ENHANCE Accelerator takes your organization every step of the way, transforming your existing After School program into a highly effective and engaging, Jewish learning environment.

The ENHANCE Accelerator begins with a program assessment. Through site visits and observations, together we evaluate your current program and design a path forward to integrating Jewish content and creating an experiential learning environment and culture. We then employ change management and adaptive leadership practices to guide the program’s smooth transformation and integration with the organization as a whole.

Our team of experts have developed the resources and training to develop your faculty and staff as you implement the JASA Student Curriculum.

Our evaluation process will assist managing staff in understanding the strengths and challenges facing the program.
Through customer discovery, parent, family, and staff focus groups, observations, and curricular resource review, we will evaluate your program, analyze the data we collect, make suggestions for the future, and provide resources to implement those suggestions.
