The JASA Student Curriculum also seamlessly integrates with the Sheva Lenses of educational approach used by many JCCs across the country. As kids continue to learn along the same path of values, with similar language and goals throughout all of the programs they attend across the JCC, you can be confident that we will translate Curriculum to the language of Sheva Lenses in its implementation, training, and materials.

Train and Support Your Staff
Our team of experts have developed the resources and training to develop your faculty and staff as you implement the JASA Student Curriculum.
Management staff learn adaptive leadership and change management, while teachers learn to create Jewish community classroom environments, to embed Hebrew and Jewish culture across their activities, and to facilitate and adapt lessons and activities from the curriculum.
With staff training designed specifically for the after school environment, Teachers become strong Jewish educators that understand the needs and motivations of their students, differentiate activities and lessons to varied learning styles, and utilize the curricular resources to the fullest extent.

Evaluate and Plan for the Future
A successful and thriving after school program is one that is reflective and constantly improving.
Our evaluation process will assist managing staff in understanding the strengths and challenges facing the program.
Through customer discovery, parent, family, and staff focus groups, observations, and curricular resource review, we will evaluate your program, analyze the data we collect, make suggestions for the future, and provide resources to implement those suggestions.
ENHANCE Accelerator Details
An 18 month process, the ENHANCE Accelerator takes your organization every step of the way, transforming your existing After School program into a highly effective and engaging, Jewish learning environment.
The ENHANCE Accelerator begins with a program assessment. Through site visits and observations, together we evaluate your current program and design a path forward to integrating Jewish content and creating an experiential learning environment and culture. We then employ change management and adaptive leadership practices to guide the program’s smooth transformation and integration with the organization as a whole.
